Cast Iron Sluice Valves

The Sluice Valves are strictly designed in accordance with IS : 780 and are used for different types of purposes, but mainly they are used for water works purpose. Our valves are ISI marked. They are available in two pressure designations Pn1.0 & Pn1.6 . All the major components of these values are manufactured in our factory right from casting to final testings. These values are tested hydraulically in accordance with IS : 780 as :-

HYDROSTATIC TEST

Seat Test	1.0 MPA	1.6 MPA	2 Min.

Normally Flanges are drilled as per IS : 1538 but any type of drillings like BS : 10, DIN, ASA, etc. can be provided if so desired. For certain special purposes we have also designed modified valve like in case of plain ended jointing valves with plain ends instead of flanged can be supplied. For certain industrial use it is required that stem should be rising. In such cases we have designed valves with rising type stem or yoke type.

For large cities supply lines we also manufacture Sluice valves of Nominal Bone sizes 350mm, 400mm & 450mm in Pn 0.6 & Pn 1.0 which are manufactured as per IS : 2906.
